Capacity Europe will take place at the InterContinental London – The O2
1 Waterview Drive, Greenwich Peninsula, SE10 0TW.

Returning to the InterContinental for another year, the venue has been home of Capacity Europe delivering ample space for meetings and networking. With a brand new ballroom for 2023, the venue provided even more space for our exhibitors to sign off on business deals. 

Situated closely to the O2, the area provides hundreds of restaurants and great transport links into central London.

The only affiliated methods for booking hotel rooms are via HotelMap website below.  If you are contacted by anyone else saying they are affiliated with our event, we recommend that you do not book with them.  While they may appear to offer special rates and discounts, unauthorised companies typically require non-refundable prepaid reservations, charge cancellation and change fees, and may move customers to alternative hotels without notice. We have even heard of instances where such offers are scams and reservations are never actually made. If you are contacted by anyone other than our official partners, please let us know immediately by emailing our customer service team.

Visa Information

Capacity Media encourages all delegates to check their visa requirements for London, United Kingdom before travelling.

We are able to supply registered delegates with a visa support letter stating you wish to attend an event organised by Capacity Media. To request a visa support letter, please forward your registration confirmation email to info@capacitymedia.com.

 

International requirements when travelling to the United Kingdom

All delegates will need to check the latest travel requirements and any restrictions that may be relevant before travelling to England. These requirements can be found on the UK Government website here. These requirements may change at short notice, and so we encourage you to regularly check the website.

How can I register for Capacity Europe?

A pass to Capacity Europe costs £1,299 and includes:

  • Full access to the show across 3 days
  • Unlimited networking opportunities including access to the full attendee list via the Swapcard App
  • Curated content across multiple stages
  • On-demand replays of selected stages available post-show

You can register directly through our website or an invoice by talking to our Customer Services team at info@capacitymedia.com. Please note, that we do not issue invoices for single-pass purchases.

Where and when is Capacity Europe held?

Capacity Europe 2024 will be held on Tuesday, 15 October to Thursday, 17 October, at the Intercontinental at the O2.

Do you provide VISA letters?

We can supply booked attendees with Visa letters. However, please do note we can only supply these once you have purchased a pass for the event. 

For Visa letters, please email info@capacitymedia.com and quote your confirmation number. 

Can I substitute an attendee?

You can substitute an attendee up until 14th October. To substitute an attendee, please email info@capacitymedia.com.

Networking Platform Access

The networking platform will be available to all attendees on Monday, 2nd September. You need to have a registered pass in order to access the app.
