Find Out More

Attracting top talent is a major challenge for the industry, especially when many people don't realise that their email travels through a data centre or subsea cable to get to its destination. This is the second year that Capacity Europe has worked with education partners to bring to the event the opportunity for our industry to inspire the next generation of network engineers, superstar sales teams and even CEOs. The students who attend come from diverse backgrounds and often this is their first experience of a corporate event. We have a dedicated program to support them as they dip their toes into the world of connectivity and the career opportunities that await them, including skills workshops, mentoring sessions, a tour of the expo and the chance to attend some of the conference sessions. We're proud to provide this opportunity to students, with the support of our partners.

About STEM Learning

At STEM Learning, our commitment to STEM education is part of everything we do. Whether that’s delivering teacher CPD (continuing professional development) in STEM subjects, bringing STEM role models into schools as part of the STEM Ambassador Programme or providing bespoke, long-term support for groups of schools in collaboration with companies through our ENTHUSE Partnerships, our aim is always the same – to improve lives through STEM education.

We don’t do this alone! We work in collaboration with the UK Government, employers large and small, organisations and educational establishments to deliver positive STEM interactions for teachers, young people and beyond.

We're particularly grateful to our key funders, many of which have been with us on our journey since 2004 - GatsbyNuffield FoundationUK Research and Innovation and Wellcome.

We're also very thankful to our strategic partners and supporters - find out who we work with and join us.
