With more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology industry, Gustavo has held leadership roles in leading multinational companies where he has demonstrated his expertise in driving cutting-edge projects in areas such as customer service, network planning and technology operations.

Gustavo began his career at Telefónica in 2000 as an intern, going on to perform different roles within the Group at Telefónica Brasil, Telefónica SA and Telefónica Global Solutions. In his current position as Chief Customer Operations & Technology Officer at Telefónica Global Solutions, he is responsible for defining, designing and implementing technologies oriented and tailored to B2B customers. He has led customer projects requiring implementation across multiple countries, as well as network infrastructure virtualization and digitalization of data, voice, mobile and video services.

Gustavo holds a Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from UNISANTA (Brazil), an Executive MBA from Getulio Vargas Foundation (Brazil) and a Masters in Finance from Instituto de Empresas IE (Spain).
