With over 30 years of experience, Gabriel Holgado is an expert in strategic leadership, organizational transformation, and managing multinational teams. Recognized by Capacity Media as one of the Top 100 Influencers (Power 100) in global telecommunications, he is renowned for his expertise in global business development, marketing, sales, and strategy, and has a proven track record in complex international negotiations and business expansions.

Most recently, following Lumen’s divestiture of its LATAM operations, Gabriel was appointed EVP of Global Sales at Cirion Technologies. In this role, he led a skilled team to drive business expansion, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Since 2000, while at Global Crossing and later Lumen, he has been instrumental in launching telecommunications operations in Latin America and enhancing digital connectivity.

Previously, Gabriel served as Carrier Relations Manager at AT&T and coordinated the Switch & Data division at Telefónica´s Labs in Argentina         .

He holds an MBA from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, a Post Graduate degree in Negotiation from Universidad Católica Argentina, and a degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the National University of Córdoba. He has also completed Executive Development programs at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, Emory University, and Universidad Adolfo Ibañez in Chile.
