François Sterin has over 20 years' experience in IT and telecoms infrastructures, on an international scale. After starting out at Orange, he joined Google in 2004 for a 13-year journey that began at the company's California headquarters, then moved on to London and Paris. As Global Infrastructure Director, Francois contributed to the fast-paced development of Google's datacenters, networks and energy procurement. He then joined OVH as EVP, Chief Industrial Officer, where he was also responsible for the company's environmental roadmap. In December 2022, he decided to join Data4 as Chief Operating Officer. In charge of all group operations, he is responsible for quality and customer satisfaction, as well as supporting the group's organizational structure to meet its high-growth ambitions and sustainable development program.

During his various experiences, François has also been at the forefront of PPA in Europe, combining the selection of large sites for data centers with a focus on renewable energies and innovative energy efficiency.

François Sterin is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique (2000) and ENSTA Paris (2002).
