Emmanuel Rochas is CEO of Orange Wholesale International, where he is responsible for managing a full range of international wholesale services: Roaming, Messaging, Voice Bandwidth, IP and Content Distribution, Security and Anti-Fraud. He is also responsible for the development of international infrastructure (submarine, terrestrial and satellite) for wholesale customers.

For three consecutive years, Capacity Media has named Emmanuel Rochas as one of the 100 most influential people in the wholesale telecommunications industry.

He has been a board member of the Global Leadership Forum for the past 5 years, where he chairs the Governance Committee.

He brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role, gained from previous positions within the Orange Group and working for the French government.

After joining Orange in 2006, Emmanuel Rochas held various positions of responsibility. From 2010 to 2014, he was in charge of the Group's strategy and then oversaw the deployment and maintenance of Orange's mobile and fixed networks in the South of France, before taking charge of all Orange's operations and representation in a large region of France.

Emmanuel Rochas is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Telecom ParisTech.
