With a career spanning almost 25 years, Andy has experience in the telecommunications industry up to executive level, with a primary focus on network-related procurement. This has included extensive supplier relationship management, driving and managing significant tenders, negotiating commercial agreements, asset management, and leading complex cost of access reduction projects. In recent years, Andy’s procurement roles have been complemented by running large global Service Delivery departments across multiple continents, as well as a focus on customer experience.
